Hi Zen Junkies!

I’ve never been much into New Year’s Resolutions, but one thing I do know? I am all about setting intentions, and I’d love to share my intentions for A to Zen Meditation with you.

I am hopelessly devoted to serving you next year. The A to Zen Meditation community has a very special place in my heart. I am honored and grateful to be on this journey with you, and I am super committed to offering new and exciting programs in the upcoming year.

I am declaring 2015 to be the Year of Making It Happen. I am on a one woman mission to help you make this the year that meditation and mindfulness are a part of your life in whatever way feels right to YOU.

Here’s some of the ways you can expect me to help you accomplish this in 2015:

FREE Webinars 4 times this year. Mark your calendar for the first one on Saturday, January 17th at 2:00 pm CST. I will be presenting a little tasting sampler of focuses to use during your meditation. You spoke, and I listened! People often tell me that they want to meditate but they don’t know what to dooooooo when they sit down. I will be offering lots of suggestions, and the webinar is interactive to so you can ask questions too 🙂 There will also be some webinars this year that may cost a small fee. I will keep you posted on those as they develop.

The Flavors of Meditation is a BRAND NEW program I will be offering beginning in March. You know how much fun it is to try different ice cream flavors before you commit at the ice cream store? Well, that is what I am doing with meditation! This will be an ongoing program that you can sign up for at any time. In the six week program you will experience a different flavor of guided meditation each week (think breath awareness, loving kindness, gratitude, mantra) from the comfort of your home via the web. Communication with me inbetween will be available. Then comes the cherry on top – after you complete the sessions we will collaborate for an hour to talk about how to best bring meditation and mindfulness into your life. No pressure at all, only what works for YOU! A daily practice, some tips on being more mindful, and everything inbetween. You pick the flavors and how you want to build the perfect meditation sundae that will have your tastebuds screaming, “I love inner peace!” Your program will be custom tailored to your needs. This program will also get you access to the Flavors of Meditation Facebook group which will open in conjunction with the program. This secret, members only group is a place for new meditators to connect, and I will be popping in often to answer questions, post “members only” guided meditations and all kinds of special stuff. It is going to be so fun!

Free guided meditations via conference call before major holidays as a way to usher the holiday in with as much meaning as possible. I hope you can join me on December 30th at 7:00 p.m. CST for a New Year’s guided meditation. To access the live call dial 712-775-7031 and the id is 489-427-158.

I will continue my weekly newsletter and blog post, and will be present daily on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram because I love connecting with you all day, every day!

Teaching meditation and connecting with others are top, top, top priorities in my life (along with my hubbie and kiddos :). My group classes and private sessions will continue to rock and roll in Houston, and I will always be available to teach private sessions or group webinars via the internet or conference call. I am excited that A to Zen will now be part of ClassPass. I am looking forward to meeting tons of new people through the program.

So now I’d love to know YOUR intentions for 2015. In the comments below tell me:

In 2015, I am setting the intention to_______________ and I am super excited about _____________________.

I can’t wait to Make It Happen with you.

Here’s to an incredible new year full of presence, love, and yummy ice cream references!

With love and light,
