Now my favorite thing is to help other moms get started!
This three week class is made just for busy moms wanting to learn to meditate. It is simple, convenient, and right to the point.
It takes a minimum of 21 days to create a new habit, so we will spend 21 days making you a successful meditator with more peace of mind and calm in your life.
You will get:
- 3 live online sessions of instruction and Q&A that you can access from any computer, phone, or tablet (they will also be recorded if you miss a week)
- 3 weeks of support and accountability in our private Facebook group. I will be in there every day to answer any questions.
- Handouts to reference during and after the class
- A BUDDY PASS which means you can invite a friend or loved one as a gift, or split the cost with a friend
And it’s a total steal! The total cost of the program is $97. Yup. A steal!

- July 5th
- July 12th
After you register, I will then send you an email welcoming you, and getting the name and email of your buddy 🙂
